Planting at the Dedworth Wildlife Garden is now largely complete, although there are still a few gaps that can be filled with further plant donations. The garden is a new addition to Osgood Park and has been completed a year earlier than planned due to help from RBWM, girl guides, volunteers and Cllr Mike Airey. It includes 5 new trees and many plants that are attractive to butterflies and bees.

In the past we have seen flowers ripped up when planted in the park and I will need to monitor the situation here. Hopefully it will be enjoyed as a pleasant green space that helps make Dedworth more floral.

Some Dedworth gardening enthusiasts have offered to look after the garden, which will add interest and colour to Osgood Park throughout the year. If you would like to get involved please get in touch.
